• Responsible for management, maintenance, and upkeep of the office,
kitchenette, and reception areas, ensuring they are always
presentable and fully functioning.
• Receive, inform, and guide visitors including coordination with Gartner
employees.
• Mailroom and associated functions including assistance to mail
service and couriers. Receiving, shipping, managing, and sorting of
post and parcels
• Keep an inventory and place orders of basic stationery and
kitchenette supplies.
• Conduct housekeeping and health and safety site walkarounds.
• Raise work orders when applicable.
• Assist with the coordination of planned and reactive maintenance
works.
• Maintain conference room booking schedules to maximize efficient
use of space.
• Responsible for maintaining all contacts list including 3rd party
service providers / contractors.
• Be the local point of contact on site for Gartner associates, landlord,
vendors and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate and assist Gartner with local office events, including room
setup, audiovisual equipment support, place catering orders and
distribute refreshments where applicable.
• Acts collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and
unique situations with professionalism and service orientation in
supervised area.
• Ensure appropriate follow-up with customers *Read and understand
the applicable Service Level Agreements, helps achieve the Key
Performance
• Indicators and scores favorably on the Gartner satisfaction surveys.
• Participate as a key team member in responses to emergency
situations.
• Assist in performing other duties.
