I have experience working in the Banking Sector, United Bank for Africa (UBA) for over six years as a Customer Service Officer and rose to the position of Head, Customer Service Unit.
I was also a frontline banking staff as a Bank Teller while at Gulf Bank Plc, where I was the first point of contact for most customers especially existing customers who came in for transactions.
I have experience cross selling the bank's products and ensuring customer's enquiries are answered and following up on customer's request within the agreed timelines.
