At APC Overnight, I worked as part of a fast‑paced logistics and parcel‑handling team, supporting the smooth running of daily operations. My responsibilities included sorting, scanning, and organizing parcels, loading and unloading vehicles, and ensuring items were processed accurately and on time. I followed strict health and safety procedures, maintained a clean and organised workspace, and communicated effectively with drivers, supervisors, and team members to keep workflows running efficiently. This role strengthened my reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure during busy shifts and tight deadlines.

Being a Waiter/Bartender at Hickory Smokehouse our mission was to create an unforgettable experience for every guest. Focused to not only on delivering food and drinks but also embodying hospitality: attentive listening, anticipating needs, balancing efficiency with warmth, and maintaining professionalism even under pressure. At Hickory Smokehouse we were trained to show every guest Southern hospitality from when they walked in through the door till they leave the establishment and this was shown through action like how we recommend items if guests could not decide, handle special requests such as allergies, and resolve challenges gracefully no matter how challenging. At Hickory Smokehouse we learnt various social skills like eye contact, timing, tone of voice, and memory that transforms simple service into genuine connection.

• During my time at Haulotte UK, I supported day‑to‑day warehouse and operational activities within a fast‑paced industrial environment. My role involved preparing and organizing equipment, assisting with stock handling, and ensuring that tools and machinery were stored safely and correctly. I regularly worked with senior technicians, helping to maintain a clean, efficient workspace and supporting basic operational tasks as needed. This experience strengthened my teamwork, time‑management, and communication skills, while giving me hands‑on exposure to professional health and safety standards, equipment handling, and structured workflow processes.
