  • Confirm attendance of all employees.
  • Prepare shift Indaba on the topic for discussion for the shift.
  • Confirm handover from previous shift, challenges experienced and work to be performed.
  • Double check loading and offloading worksheet and confirm with Planning.
  • Chairing of shift Indaba
  • Allocation of manpower and equipment.
