Nour has worked on a number of high-profile regional and global development projects and initiatives across the Middle East, leading the development of multiple assets and launching flagship global events. Currently, Nour is an advisor to the Assistant Minister of Culture in Saudi Arabia reporting directly to Assistant Minister. In this capacity, Nour works on strategic and internationally relevant engagements as the main point of contact on behalf of His Excellency the Assistant Minister, to reach high-profile stakeholders and investors. Nour has earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Nour has native fluency in English and Arabic and intermediate fluency in French.
Reporting directly to the CEO, launched AlUla's international advocacy programme. This role also included management of the Royal Commission's international advisory board, and overseeing the public relations function and managing special initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
