Norman Banks

Norman welcomes challenges and has excellent communication and time management skills even when put in high pressure or highly demanding situations. He is incredibly personable and thrives on keeping a positive attitude in all environments. Norman is able to work well independently and as part of a team, with his experience he is willing to step up in situations and is always willing to undertake further training to enhance his skill-set. Current skills he has include cocktail training, wine training, cellar training, cash handling, management and time keeping. With a degree in graphic design and a total of ten years in hospitality he knows how to make use of transferable skills and maintain user experience and presentation.
