Summary

Personal Profile: My working career in the Voluntary Sector goes back to September 1992 , during this time line I've been fortunate enough to work alongside both large and small providers within a broad range of service specifications. I've been very fortunate to have consolidated my operational experiences with academic courses, statutory secondments and lengthy tenures in numerous guises as a trade union activist ,all of these experiences come together to shape a realistic mindset in regards to the manner of existence placed upon voluntary sector clients and the employment terms/conditions offered to my peers. Despite the inevitable high and lows that come with our working territory my commitment to being part of the solution continues to strengthen with every passing year.
