Working as Luxury Hostess for Kimpton Fitzroy London one of the hotels from London part of the IHG Hotels and Resorts I was responsible for welcoming guests into the hotel, creating an appropriate atmosphere for a luxury service. Being the first point of contact providing a personalized service, dealing with customers queries and concerns and assisting with large parties and VIP’s whilst ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the front of house areas, proves I have Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

  • In February 2023 I had the pleasure to work for the Indian Embassy or High Commission of India in London. While I was working for the Press and Information wing, I was capable to deliver a digital media and communication strategy.
