Miles Smith

- Currently working part time at a small residential home for young people who have had experienced trauma and had difficulty in other care setting

- Works alongside colleagues supporting the young people within the home in becoming independent and prepared to transition out of care.

- Supports the young people both practically and emotionally

- Helps support projects in the university with improving the student experience

- Gained skills in giving useful and detailed feedback

- Works with the Co-Op to develop youth services around the UK. This includes visiting and evaluating services as well as supporting the youth workers

- Helps support the voices of young people within the services
