My dad used to own a restaurant back in spain, i realised that e would get tired and was a bit grumpy. So I asked him if he needed some help. he said he needed to find a manager assistant, in a restaurant, basically someone who makes sure that the provisions were right, nothing left or nothing expire, would take care of how much money we were making and spending on equipment. i had to learn a lot before 3 months after, he allowed me to work there as a voluntary worker on saturdays and sundays.
