Progressed through three increasingly senior roles, expanding from frontline prescribing into clinical leadership, team management, strategic service development and cross-functional business operations.

• Clinical Strategy & Service Launches: Led the clinical development and launch of the hair loss service under two brands: initially Juniper Hair, followed by Hers following acquisition by a US-based healthcare company. Currently leading clinical preparations for the launch of Hims, expanding the service into male hair loss treatments.
• Team Leadership & Management: Led, managed and mentored prescribing teams, overseeing clinical performance, training, professional development and consistent standards of patient care.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborated with Operations, Procurement, Product, Growth and Marketing teams to align clinical strategy with operational delivery, product innovation and commercial objectives.
• Product & Service Development: Supported pharmaceutical product selection, treatment portfolio expansion, patient journey design, prescribing pathways and the transition between brands.
• Marketing & Commercial Growth: Contributed to growth strategies, patient acquisition initiatives and marketing campaigns, including participating in professional brand shoots and providing clinical expertise for promotional content.
• Clinical Governance & Training: Developed clinical protocols, Patient Information Leaflets (PILs), treatment letters, prescribing guidance and prescriber training programmes to ensure safe, compliant and scalable service delivery.
• Clinical Practice & Patient Experience: Maintained patient-facing prescribing responsibilities, conducting consultations, complex assessments and treatment reviews while leveraging patient insights to drive service improvements.

Key Achievement: Played a central clinical leadership role in launching and rebranding a digital hair loss service across Juniper Hair and Hers following a US acquisition, while leading preparations for the Hims male hair loss launch. Combined clinical governance, team management, operational strategy and commercial collaboration to support service expansion across multiple brands.

• Delivered postgraduate aesthetic training across the UK and Middle East, covering foundation, advanced and Level 7 qualifications in injectables and facial aesthetics.
• Led practical training, live demonstrations, competency assessments and mentorship for medical professionals, delivering bilingual education in English and Arabic.
• Lectured on emerging aesthetic treatments, regenerative medicine, facial ageing and complication management, promoting clinical excellence and patient safety.
• Developed educational resources, course content and AI-enabled learning platforms, including recorded demonstrations, online training videos and marketing materials.

• Delivered personalised anti-ageing, facial harmonisation and skin optimisation treatments through comprehensive clinical assessments and advanced aesthetic techniques.
• Performed non-surgical facial and body treatments using botulinum toxin, dermal fillers and skin boosters, tailored to individual anatomy and clinical needs.
• Assessed and managed dermatological conditions, including rosacea, hyperpigmentation and psoriasis, developing tailored treatment plans incorporating prescription-grade skincare.
• Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to deliver inclusive, patient-centred care across diverse ethnicities and skin types.
