I am a native Italian and naturalised British citizen seeking a career change.
I worked for many years in clinical and managerial positions in the NHS, an institution very dear to me which I left due to a change in personal circumstances requiring me to work more flexible hours.
During my time with the NHS, I have gained a professional qualification, developed many transferable skills, and acquired a great deal of experience relevant to any post where strong organisational and people skills are required.
I am especially interested in the post of Adult Learning Tutor with Surrey County Council, because I valued and enjoyed teaching Italian as a Foreign Language when I lived in Edinburgh, and would welcome the opportunity to offer my skills, enthusiasm and development potential to what is now my local council.

Unfortunately, due to health issues I was unable to complete the course within the allocated time and had to withdraw due to lack of additional funding.
I worked as a band 5 Occupational Therapist (OT) in two Acute Adult wards (2015-2016) and as a band 6 OT in a specialist ward for Children and Young People with Eating Disorders (2017-2019).
