• Liaise with the manager to make sure that care assistants with the right skills and experiences are recruited to meet the business needs
• Accept, allocate and process new referrals for care and support promptly
• Make sure that rota is done according to the needs of the service users, and shifts are covered in time
• Monitor the allocation of care assistants to maximise efficiency
