During my time volunteering for the local football club, I have gained many opportunities to utilise my transferable skills which had helped me gain valuable experience with assisting the team. With a keen eye for detail and strong organisation ability, I contribute to ensuring everything is in place and everything is prepared for the game. This would include coordinating with the team member when arranging the equipment e.g goal posts. Additionally I effectively communicate with fellow volunteers or team member when proving clear instruction and collaborating to effectively carry out task, many which include:

• Use exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to effectively liaise with colleagues, management and service users.
• Worked with compassion and empathy to effectively engage people from diverse backgrounds.
• Provided individualised support and guidance for service users across range of issues to enhance wellbeing.
• Mentored new volunteers, creating opportunities for group and peer support to aid continuous development.

From having experience as a cafe worker, I possess a diverse set of experience, knowledge and skills to enable me to enhance my excellent customer service and ability to work under pressure. Not only does my exceptional customer service skills allow me to interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner but also helped ensuring their want and needs are meet. This may be applied by proving personalised reccomdations on their prefences. Many of my tasks and responsibilities include:

• Processed cash and card payments promptly, minimising customer waiting times and enabling swift table turnarounds.
• Cleaned, sanitised and organised food storage racks and bins, maintaining exceptional hygiene standards.
• Served high volumes of guests in fast-paced service environments with exceptional customer care.
• Calculated charges, issued bills and collected payments, processing accurately to avoid till discrepancies.
• Managed restaurant closing duties, from cleaning dining areas to cashing up tills.
• Warmly greeted guests upon arrival to create welcoming atmosphere.
• Kept guest tables neat and tidy by regularly clearing away dirty dishes and used glasses and wiping down surfaces.
