I currently act as the first point of contact for Motability scheme customers to register new claims. I deliver a calm and reassuring customer experience to produce the best and correct outcome for both the customer and the business. I conduct fact finding and risk assessment to determine the liability status and the next steps that need to be taken for the specific claim to make sure an accurate claim is set up to reduce delays and errors moving forward. I consistently meet my targets within the business keeping my overall handling time to a minimum while still succeeding in my audits. Due to this I have also been trusted to take part and assist in other areas of the business which included out bounding to specific customers to increase the money saved for the business. I am proficient in many systems including excel with I use regularly and have trained other users to use within my team.

During my time as a bartender, I delivered a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment. I prepared multiple orders at the same time while working within a team to consistently succeed with satisfying customer needs and demands of the business. I maintained the ability to communicate and work with the team to ensure all aspects of the work was being done and delegated correctly. I built a strong rapport with regular customers which contributed to them returning and providing more business traction. I was also able to work very well independently keeping up with all tasks provided to me and able to manage the bar efficiently and effectively leading to higher customer satisfaction and pleasing the owners of the establishment.
