Roles:

  • Facilitated the preparation of site instructions and evaluated the Interim Payment Certificate from the Contractor.
  • Supervision of laboratory procedures and material testing ensuring compliance with standards and project specifications contributing to the reduction of project errors.
  • Supervision of the construction of various reinforced concrete structural works such as piles, T-beams, abutments and bridge deck and pavement layers including subgrade, Graded Crushed Stone (GCS), Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) and Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA), ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications and achieving project requirements.
  • Developed detailed designs of bridge elements using computer-aided software that improved accuracy and a reduction in design time.
  • Ensured compliance with project specifications through daily site inspections resolving all non-compliance issues immediately.
  • Collected survey data for design review of geometric road design supporting the successful additional implementation of service roads.
  • Preparation of daily, weekly and other technical project reports as per the project requirements supporting management of the project.
  • Contributed to the successful completion of the project within the strict timelines.
