• Commissioned a Youth Project to tackle gun and knife crime on 3 local

housing estates reducing crime in the area by 37%, engaging with 300

young people ranging from 11- 25 years old.

• Recruited 13 young people to develop and deliver the initiative

including outreach and engagement with their peers.
• Developed, supported, and produced high-level reports for the

Poverty and Worklessness, Air Quality Commissions, Health and

Wellbeing Forum
• Engaged with residents and key stakeholders to address and resolve

issues across the borough.
• Coordinated and managed the Grenfell Tower donations for the

borough and recruited 400 volunteers to carry out this invaluable

service.
• Developed and implemented policies for relevant departments.
• Engaged with service users and staff to review policies and service

provision that resulted in cost savings and efficient service provision.
