Appointed as a member of the governing board to provide strategic leadership, oversight, and challenge in alignment with institutional priorities and regulatory expectations. As Chair of the Quality and Standards Committee, I lead the board's responsibility for maintaining and enhancing academic standards, ensuring quality assurance frameworks are robust and aligned with sector best practice.

• Provide strategic oversight of academic quality, standards, and student outcomes, in line with Office for Students (OfS) and QAA requirements.
• Chair the Quality and Standards Committee, overseeing key areas including curriculum development, assessment integrity, academic risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Scrutinise performance data (NSS, TEF, progression, attainment gaps) to inform strategic decision-making and quality enhancement.
• Work collaboratively with senior academic leaders and external stakeholders to uphold academic integrity and promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective governance through risk-based monitoring and transparent reporting to the Board of Governors.
• Champion equity, inclusion, and the student voice in academic policy and decision-making.
• Contribute to wider board responsibilities including strategic planning, financial sustainability, estates development, and senior appointments.

• Leading the production from a creative and business perspective.
• In charge of crew and cast recruitment.
• Financing and budgeting the project.
• Negotiation contracts with location owners and cast.
• Making sure the project runs smoothly from a creative and health & safety perspective within production.
• Scheduling meeting with all HOD to make sure we were on track for distribution and exhibition.

• Awarded 2nd Place for 'Best Cinematography' in the GTC awards.

• Responsible for the day to day logistics of production like all necessary permits and contracts.
• Working with the line producers in creating a realistic shoot schedule and conveying that on to a call sheet.
• Making sure that crew members feel mentally good on set and if they need any help that I provide them with that help.
• Place in the top 5 for 'Best Cinematography' in the GTC awards.
