Data Driven individual Project - Hotel Booking Prediction

• The situation is predicting hotel booking cancellations to help management reduce financial losses from last-minute cancellations.
• Tasked with Clean and analyze a real-world dataset of booking records, train a machine learning classifier, and get insights valuable to hotel management.
• Conducted action is data pre-processing (handling missing values, inconsistence values and outliers), Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) using visualizations, Feature Engineering (Binning, encoding, scaling, Feature selection) and trained models (Decision Tree, Random Forest) to achieve over 70% prediction accuracy.
• Resulted a successfully built a predictive model that provided hotel management with actionable insights, identifying key factors in booking cancellations, and enhancing decision-making in revenue management.

Team Project - ecommerce website(Tech&co)

• The situation is developing an e-commerce tech shop website with team member to buy tech products and maintenance service for that products.
• Tasked with an integral role in design the website user interface using HTML and CSS to look classic.
• Implementing actions like developing advanced features such as product search, secure payment gateway and user reviews to enchance the overall user experience.
• Upon completion, our team successfully launched the platform, Getting appreciations from both instructors and classmates for our project and achieved 80%.
