  • Building centralised information hub for all employees in SharePoint and Confluence, which contained HR information, policies and processes.
  • Creating payroll reconciliation sheet in Excel using formulas (Vlookup, if, dated, etc.) to detect and mitigate payroll errors.
  • Building HR dashboard using Tableau to better visualise people data and analyse pay gaps, diversity scores and retention.

Led Drug & Alcohol policy administration and testing for all AMZL UK sites, managing a team of five and external providers.

  • Coordinating globally recognised Mental Health First Aid training, provided by MHFA England. Successfully delivered to 100+ employees across all of AMZL within a budget of £28,000.
  • Building and maintaining online tools and information platforms, using SharePoint and internal Wiki sites, for the wider AMZL team.
  • Gather data from internal dashboards (QuickSight) on absence and other metrics. Analysing and collating data using Excel and presenting it to the wider leadership team.
  • Coordinating Lunch & Learn engagement events for the PXT team, hosted by internal senior stakeholders from various business lines.
