- During my work experience week I learnt many skills. For example, food safety, customer service, time management and communication skills. My role required serving customers as well as running food and drinks. I really enjoyed working here and learning about hospitality. I engaged with many customers and built strong relationships with the locals.
Duke of Marlborough Woodstock

- I also spent some time at the Duke of Marlborough pub. This location allowed me to further develop my knowledge as it was a different atmosphere to Back Lane Tavern. Working in two locations during my work experience was very beneficial as it further demonstrates my quick learning and how I can adapt to new situations. With one location being faster paced, I feel I have gained lots of knowledge on appropriate tasks based on working conditions.
The Crown Inn

- I worked at the Crown for a little over 5 months. This was my first real job outside of school I learned many many incredible skills that I hope to be able to use in my new and upcoming jobs in my life these were things from working as a team to make the floor run as smoothly as possible, communication with every member from the bar staff to the chefs to the customers.
