• December 2021, we opened VQ Chelsea; two weeks after that, we went into a second lockdown. With a tiny team, in 3 months, we averaged 1,500 orders a week on Deliveroo. Managed to open and develop five virtual brands in 4 months while being in lockdown. Very close ties working with the Deliveroo team to make a delivery aspect of the business successful. On June 22, we opened VQ Bloomsbury and VQ Aldgate. We built it into a successful and very popular three 24-hour venues. Site number 4 was opened in March 2023 in Islington.

• Worked very closely with the Head Office from day one to build a great team. We started with one restaurant in VQ Chelsea to expand and open six strong sites in London, with an annual turnover of 10 million. I was responsible for approximately 250 employees, holding weekly site management meetings and monthly accounts meetings.
