Summary

Inspiring coach, facilitator and trainer with 20+ years experience of partnering with individuals, teams and organisations to enable sustained change. In that time I have worked extensively on myself training in the most cutting edge personal/professional development training (Think Love Education) so that I can be at the peak of my capability. It is important for me to be in my integrity and I hold myself to being a demonstration of what is possible in building the life, career and relationships of your dreams by mastering your mindset. I am an accredited Think Love Coach and take people on a 3 stage process building Awareness of the role that fear plays in lives consciously and unconsciously, Mastery over our minds to re-programme our brains in alignment with what we desire for our lives vs outdated conditioning, leading to Embodiment in which a consistent practice of conscious awareness and choice is established.

I partner with clients to ensure that they are engaged in developing their mindset, belief system and behaviours to align with what they most desire for their life, career and relationships. It's one thing to know what we need to do to change our lives but it's another thing to be able to apply what is needed to embody that change. Think Love is a holistic approach which combines coaching and facilitation with retraining our mindset to enable sustainable change.

Within my role as a Think Love Coach I:

  • Evaluate clients through thorough initial meetings to assess working partnership suitability.
  • Build positive, supportive client relationships to increase benefits of coaching support.
  • Work with the client to identify targeted areas for personal improvement, working collaboratively to develop strategies for progress towards coaching goals.
  • Create strategies for clients to apply their learning, addressing daily needs and specific stressors to increase positive mental and physical wellbeing.
  • Encourage clients to set and achieve goals, increasing confidence and self-esteem.
  • Address limiting self-beliefs to support clients in achieving their full and true potential.
  • Inspire recognition and appreciation of achievements, increasing motivation towards personal targets.
  • Provide work and career coaching to address aspirations and improve job satisfaction.
  • Develop positive habits focused on improving overall health, wellbeing and life satisfaction.
  • Encourage clients outside comfort zones to challenge limiting thinking and increase self-confidence.
  • Use client feedback to improve coaching services and maximise positive outcomes.
  • Document behaviours, treatments and issues for ongoing programme monitoring.

Designing and delivering inspiring, innovative one off or programs of learning to enable sustained change. I would use a combination of coaching, team facilitation, leadership and management development, culture/behaviour change to individuals, teams and organisations of all sizes and across sectors. I was responsible for the day to day running of this small business including a team of freelance coaches/facilitators, partnering with clients to define, design and deliver to a specific brief and budget.

Responsibilities included:

  • Partnering with clients to understand their needs and propose learning solutions to help them achieve their goals
  • Working closely alongside clients through the design and delivery of learning solutions
  • Creating teams to design and deliver learning solutions taking into consideration skills, expertise and cultural fit to the client
