Summary

I am an enthusiastic person eager to contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Having a clear understanding of my role within education and corporate and the CPD Training that I like to keep up to date motivates me to learn, grow and excel in any working environment.

I am an experienced educator with over 14 years of experience as well as managing offices and teams for over 18 years. I pride myself on having an excellent reputation for resolving problems and improving customer satisfaction. Whether it is face to face or over the phone.

I'm seeking a full-time position that offers professional challenges utilising interpersonal skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills. As well as using my skills as an ELSA and Wellbeing Champion.

Being organised within my current role is important as I have to plan timetables for staff and interventions for the students as well as working closely with the teaching staff to ensure each student is treated independently and has the support they need to succeed. I would say that I'm an organised and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals. Hardworking and passionate about my role and the business I work for. Lastly I have a great sense of humour which is necessary in any role.

Accomplishments

Supporting both my children in receiving the support they needed to enable them to lead the amazing lives they do right now.

James - ASD, AdHd, Dyslexic - Completed college with a Horticultural Qualification as well as maths and English GCSEs.

Edward - AdHd, Anxiety, Mental Health - Found it hard to stay in school. But now owns his own fashion label and is incredibly successful.

I am proud that I have helped many parents and carers receive the help and support they need to live a family life that is calm, routine driven and fun.

I have set up a group within my village to support parents and carers of children and young adults with SEN or behavioural needs. Using my qualification as an ELSA to help with emotional support.

Supervising and managing staff to a high standard and enjoying watching them grow in confidence and resilience.

Encouraging the students I work with to believe in themselves and know that they are amazing and can achieve anything they want to.

Additional Information

I'm a very spiritual person and enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Recently I have taken up art and knitting.
