I am proficient at using IT to record data. I have experience of been involved in difficult situations, including breaking bad news to families and supporting them through the initial stage of bereavement, as well as escalating situations with families complaining and potentially been aggressive but able to recognise and de-escalate before these situations arise, demonstrating strong skills in conflict resolution within healthcare settings and compliance with NMC standards.
I am a dependable, highly motivated team player, happy to offer support and assistance to other staff, and able to work within my boundaries asking for support if unsure. I adhere to local policies and guidelines, escalating to superiors when needed. I have good time management skills, and able to assess situations as they arise. I am confident at delegating tasks to others offering help and assistance, as well as been delegated tasks by others.
