Summary
I am a dedicated Human Resource Specialist with 6 years of military experience, currently attached to the British Army's Elite, 2nd Battalion Parachute Regiment, 16 Air Assault Brigade. I am a Lance Corporal but have recently been selected for promotion to Corporal following two periods of excellent reports from my senior staff.
During a 6 month operation in Eastern Europe I demonstrated excellent capability in my job role where I was mainly responsible for currency exchanges, tracking all the military personnel into the correct locations, booking flights and hotels to the UK and around Eastern Europe for circa 500 military personnel on a high tempo deployment. In reward for my outstanding work during that Operation I received a 2 Star General's Commendation.
I mentor junior HR administrators, and train them in all aspects required for duties within the Regiments and whilst on deployments. I have demonstrated history of meeting the regiments goals and promoting best practices.
I joined the British Army at 18 years of age and am committed to career progression and personal development. I am always looking to take on new challenges and broaden my horizons. I thrive under pressure and adapt to challenges with ingenuity and resilience.
