Leading the integration process of the front EDU of fully electric sport luxury vehicle with 750 kW in the scope of the Panthera project. The maximum power of the front EDU is 250 kW and is an inhouse design of JLR. The vehicle will be released to the market in 2027.

BMC Izmir Facility, Turkey 2018-2022

Involved in the integration processes of components, specifically axles and transfer cases, providing feedback to the designer subcontractor.

• Independent Suspension Axle Integration: Managing the integration process of independent suspension axles into 4x4 and 8x8 military vehicles manufactured by BMC.
• Transfer Case Integration: Overseeing the integration process of transfer cases into 4x4 and 8x8 military vehicles manufactured by BMC.

• Developed an 8 forward, 2 reverse speed transmission compatible with 50 HP engines.
• Designed low-cost transmission using spur gears and simple sleeves.
• Contributed to detailed mechanical design processes for transmission including technical drawings for shafts and gears, ensuring precise specifications.
• Integrated planetary speed reducer and automatic tyre inflator into unit design.
• Produced technical drawings for body parts, enhancing project documentation.

• Designed worm gears, housings, and integrated electrical units for ultra-lightweight PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) camera.
• Engineered military telescopic electromechanical mast system (payload lifter) which is prototyped, verified and mass produced for bomb disposal robot project developed by Aselsan.

• Worked as an astronomy teacher at the Institute of Theoretical and Applied Physics(ITAP). Provided theoretical and practical education on the topics of the universe, space, physics and telescopes to children of various age groups.
