Cabin Crew - Customer service and safety, first aid. Building strong relationships with teams of crew and pilots. Developing the reputation of easyJet from its creation, as one of the original crew members.

Cabin Crew Trainer - delivered training courses on Safety, First Aid and Customer Service, supported groups of both annual recurrent trainees and ab initio trainees, as well as pilots. Supported Training Manager and Chief Training captain by following required standards, monitored Cabin Crew standards in-flight.

Team Manager - designed and delivered training courses, ensured safety developments communicated to all crew both verbally and via training manual updates. Managed, supported and developed teams of Trainers. Seconded to the Airbus project when easyJet changed aircraft type.

Cabin crew (Fixed term) operating charter flights. Safety and customer service. Successfully offered another fixed term contract, however I chose to accept a permanent contract with easyJet.

Fixed term sales position, taken after returning from working and studying in France. Voted "best all-round Christmas Temp"!

Saturday and holiday assistant at Bushey library. Position offered following work experience.
