Having opened this business during the COVID-19 pandemic at the age of 17, I had limited resources but was still able to take initiative and study online courses to develop my knowledge. Luckily, I took economics as a subject in my senior years of high school, so that played a very big role. I was able to gain knowledge on product management, profit and loss (financial aspects of the business), consumer behaviors, supply and demand, and so much more.
