Well, that's the kind of nurse I am and aspire to be. I am a compassionate Staff Nurse with a focus on good end-of-life care whilst working in a busy Accident and Emergency environment. Delivering empathetic support to patients and families through the worst times of their lives. Utilising innovative ways in memory-making initiatives aligned with the SWAN model of care and other resources. I am Committed to enhancing patient experiences during critical moments by fostering collaboration and personal touches that exceed day-to-day care.
