  • Responsible for delivering strategies, playbooks and execution of Global Brand and Product Integrated Marketing Campaigns (including US). This includes coordinating - Partnerships, Product, Social, Growth, CRM, Comms, Policy etc.
  • Responsible for leading all initiatives which are EMEA/APAC-wide, Including international marketing strategies, media, operations and full-funnel campaign execution. Markets have delivered over 40% of new users and 25% revenue growth for the business in 2023.
  • Responsible for new market expansion and country management of new markets until they reach a mature level of growth. This has included Germany, France and Southern Europe. This resulted in double-digit growth and market share, resulting in Bumble gaining first and second positions in these markets.
  • Led EMEA and APAC-wide Integrated Marketing Campaigns before being asked to then develop campaigns to be used globally (including US + LATAM) due to strong brand lift and growth performance.
  • Built marketing centralisation models and team structure to create significant business efficiencies. This includes building our ways of working with a new in-house creative studio. This has driven a 50% working spend cost saving on global brand work.
  • Oversaw GTM and Playbook development for global brand partnership and talent campaigns including - Netflix (Ted Lasso, Stranger Things), Ebay, Gymshark, Uber Eats, and Barbie.
