During my previous employment i was amongst other things responsible for the organisation and booking of business travel and trips for our CEO, executive and other partners. Also the welcoming and organisation of visiting business partners, both national and international.
While fullfilling my duties at various trade exebitions, i also enjoyed greeting and registering potential business customers and dealing with any queries they may of had.
Together with my british husband we purchased a holiday let in Cornwall back in 2011. This is now since 2024 our home.
While letting our property, i enjoyed the process of dealing with our guests and ensuring that their stay was as enjoyable as possible. Keeping standards high at all times.
I went trough several departments:
IT: This includes creating order confirmations, invoices and delivery notes, data backup and IT problems solving
Telephone Exchange: Accept phone calls and forward them accordingly
Secretariat: Creation of catalogs and assortment folders
Sales department: Accept orders, Quotation creation
Customer service department: Acceptance of complaints with clarification
Import/Export: Preparation of documents for loading and unloading trucks and containers
