As an Assistant manager i was a Key holder, Opening the shop on days the manager was off. Getting tills ready for the morning and also cashing up at night. Part of my job was to merchandise stock and put out new labels for promotions and price changes, i also had to go around the shop with a HHT device to check for long term unavailable items or out of stock items. I also took in deliveries, signed for stock intake and brock down cages of stock ready for the shop floor. I also dealt with refunds and customer complaints.
