My current role involves looking after our clients billing needs and checking they are being billed correctly, invoicing, reporting, CCL and VAT, disconnections, recharging, building client relationships along with supplier relationships and connecting with current Account Managers at Inspired and being part of the overall team.
I worked in a Fish and Chip Shop for 21 years doing a number of roles including running the business whilst the bosses went away on their holidays, I served the customers, worked on the tills, prepared the shop for opening and closed the shop when the day was done. I ran the shop on my own when needed and built good relationships with the bosses and customers alike.
I have great communication skills, a good long standing knowledge in the Energy Industry and a drive to move forward I am a team player and like to have things right I have knowledge of the systems used at Inspired and I am competent at using them I have good relationships with the current account managers I work alongside with and ALL of my current clients
