I led a team of 14 who were based in both London and remotely, all of which dealt with both clients and agencies.
I managed my own P&L, wrote and presented budgets to both global and UK stakeholders, and drove the vision, strategy and therefore tactics and priorities for the team.
I dealt with key clients and agencies within the market and enjoyed operating externally with customers as much as was possible.
It was a fantastically diverse portfolio with some incredible brands, great editorial teams and was the largest in Future's UK business.

This was in light of setting up the department and creating some and delivering some excellent digital partnership revenues across the portfolio.
I retained responsibility for the Web User brand, managed both sales teams and oversaw traffic and operations functions.
I took on the management of Web User brand across display, digital, classified and sponsorship with a team of 3.
The brand was in loss and was failing and needed some focus to turn the advertising revenues around.
In 2006 I added the specialist websites to my remit.
I built all media information, trained members of staff across my immediate and wider teams and developed the IPC Inspire digital brand portfolio to take to all key agencies.
I worked across a major agency patch across the portfolio and worked with the cross media team on integrated deals such as Jack Daniels and H&M.
I worked across a consumer agency patch for the Men and Music sector of Emap magazines
I started my sales career at Centaur Communications on Design Week and Creative Review moving quickly from classified to display to senior display.
