• As team consists of mix of IR HPs and myself as auditor - I was asked by CSL and SDM to provide an audit session for peers. This was a very successful 2 x sessions held with peers to provide insight into Audit, what this involves, Audit trends and to have a general overall discussion regarding audit feedback, difficulties they may have. I had very positive feedback from team following these sessions and have continued to support and provide audit insight on peer support thread to support peers and overall to promote quality of work.
