  • My key responsibilities are as follows;
  • Meeting Customers to discuss their requirements, produce quotations and timeline their event
  • Develop packages to suit the customer's needs and create a unique experience
  • Responsible for generating sales of events, as well as achieving targets

  • Company Overview: I worked for an award winning catering company, with bases in Cardiff and Bristol catering for high profile events, weddings and local hospitality
  • My role was very complex, we worked in a small team, working together to cover all areas of the company from managing new wedding enquiries, dealing with over 200 wedding bookings, planning and scheduling appointments, staffing events, ordering stock and making sure the business runs smoothly
  • All the events and enquiries were put on to a catering system for our chefs and operation managers to read prior to events
