• Fostered a highly collaborative team environment to optimise project outcomes.

• Drove Data Centre development activities across Europe for Global Switch.
• Conducted market research and analysis into new domestic and international markets, ensuring a complete understanding of local permitting, political, technical, legal, and operational factors that might affect the success of new prospective developments.
• Established new broker contacts, and sourced several new development opportunities in new international markets.
• Facilitated collaboration with cross-functional teams across design, delivery, and procurement to deliver multiple development programmes.

• Managed the financial appraisal of new development opportunities, and provide analysis to the UK and Global Investment Committee of potential acquisitions, and leasing prospects.

• Sourced, negotiated, and closed loans for real estate development projects by meeting with banks and other lenders.
• Expanded the network of lenders for the company, as well as coordinating the lender reporting and approval process.
• Coordinated with internal and external counsel, and reviewed real estate development-related documents which impacted lenders and investors, such as tenant leases, construction contracts, internal loan agreements, and entity formation documents.
