I currently spend my time processing materials and instruments into our systems, picking, packing and shipping orders, loading and unloading wagons with the FLT and packing and pelleting large orders of Visnet kits.

I enjoy it, I have been involved with packing the Visnets since the very first samples and feel very invested in them.

Whilst working at DMS we carried out a wide range of work on properties all over the country. Some of the jobs we did regularly were pluming, roof repairs, groundworks, property clearances. There was also a large group of companies we did fortnightly grounds care for.

I really enjoyed the work, I liked the variation of work that we had, lots of challenges that I wasn't always familiar with, I learnt a lot.

When I first started at EA I spent what left like a life time unpacking crates of Reclosers, taking down serial numbers and then packing them pack up. I soon was taught how to us the MRP systems and started booking the materials into the warehouse, during this time the Visnet was being developed. I spent time testing out the various types of Visnet packing and figuring out the best ways to do it.

Whilst working at Unimaq I primarily worked in the Inspection department, using a CMM arm and various other equipment to compare components to drawings.

Along side working here I completed a Level 2 PEO Engineering Diploma.

Towards the end of my time here I spent time working around the whole company, from the fitting department, machine shop, stores and packing team.

I started work at McDonalds part time when I left school, I learnt to deal with all kinds of people when working here, spending most my time face to face wit customers. I completed various training and became a crew trainer, then went on to become a team leader.
