- Additionally, I delivered the Show Home and Sales Office ahead of schedule, despite taking six weeks off during the pandemic.
- A CQR was completed, where I achieved a score of 4.42, and the site is currently operating at a high profit margin with minimal day works and low waste.
- I have mentored a Trainee Assistant, who has since been promoted, and recruited a forklift driver.
