Summary

I am a mature accounting and finance graduate looking for a role within this area so I can start a new phase of my career and begin my professional qualification. Previously working in hospitality management for 10 years, My final role saw me overseeing three venues in South Yorkshire which is where I found myself drawn to and working within the finance function of the business. The covid pandemic gave me the opportunity to return to education and pursue this as a career.

Within my career so far I've been really fortunate to have had the experience to work in a number of medium sized independent businesses where I have been given the opportunity to be hands on in both making decisions for the business and putting those decisions into practise.

I have great communication skills and have always worked well within the teams I have been placed and also the teams I have created then lead, I'm well experienced in Microsoft word and Excel and have strong all round IT skills. I hope that the overview of my work experience will show how quickly I adapt to new challenges.
