• Lead BA for our in-house electronic discharge letter which gave patient centered letters, national standards compliance and transcription error reduction.

• 2013 - 2017 Principal Pharmacy Technician - Homecare. Responsible for 3,500 prescriptions and £20million of invoices per year. Building a new Pharmacy Homecare function including staff recruitment and management, processes and procedures.
• 2012 - 2013 Principal Pharmacy Technician - Procurement. Securing £150-180k savings with unlicensed medicines. Implementing e-commerce solution ‘GHX PowerGate.’
