Summary

Experienced Rail director with over 18 years' experience in Nuclear, Highways, Major projects, LU, Overground, Metro, DLR and Network rail projects from station builds, platform extensions, industrial painting, M&E, Civil and Comms spanning the UK. Throughout my career I have managed teams delivering safety critical staff, PTS Trades &Labour, M&E and Civils Gangs. I have built an entire rail division from the ground up including achieving the necessary accreditations and passing RISQS audits. I have built a delivery team servicing clients throughout the UK. I built long lasting relationships and become the preferred supplier through consistent results to a high number of clients along the Wales & Western, Anglia, Wessex, Kent and Sussex routes. My experience starting from a Resourcer has given me the 360 knowledge across a number of sectors enabling me to give leadership, guidance and mentorship to my team. I have seen the results that work both for my team and clients. I believe that having the capacity to continually look at new ideas and learn from those around you enables my team to actively grow. My philosophy is you are only as strong as your team.
