During my time at my current nursery as a Level 3 practitioner I have;

• Promoted physical development and the wellbeing of the children in my care through outdoor activities.

• Provided rich learning opportunities for children with diverse abilities.
• Raised safeguarding concerns with senior staff to maintain positive child security and wellbeing within the setting.
• Used my creativity to be able to help the children explore their sense in a variety of ways.
• Applied paediatric first aid and managed incidents with calm and composure.
• Maintained professional and trusting partnerships with the children, parents and co-workers.
• Used my organisation skills in order to keep a detailed log of the children's development in all orders.
