  • In what is my first role on the other side of the table, I have tried shape myself into a media owner whom I'd have valued, trusted and respected during my time in agency life.
  • With a large emphasis on retention and revenue, I have learned techniques and skills around how to upsell without being too aggressive/hinderence to the client.
  • Executing high-level reporting is essential for the role, demanding a comprehensive grasp of data, product, and client processes while possessing skills to convey complex insights and results simply.
  • I liaise with multiple teams as a primary coordinator.
    Such as our Sales, Ops, Creative Studio, Audience & Insights, and publisher teams to make sure they have everything they need.
  • I host internal meetings, such as our weekly 'Indies' team meetings, where we share outreach/insights/ideas/strategies to help improve the quality of work and process. This is an idea I put together.

  • After building my knowledge & understanding of Digital Media, I was promoted to a more front-end role, handling the day-to-day operations, planning, buying and reporting across a multitude of Display campaigns.
  • Through this role, I was able to utilise the knowledge and skills I gained from my previous position in Adops to efficiently plan, execute, and manage digital display campaigns.
  • While keeping my role as the Adops specialist, I provided assistance in setting up, running, and enhancing online trafficking for the agency. Additionally, I educated the rest of the agency on best practices in this area.
  • This role allowed me to be more client-facing, which I had enjoyed and also thrived in, so I was keen to continue to make this part of my day-to-day for the foreseeable.
