

I am an experienced technical and education professional with a strong track record of leading teams, managing specialist facilities and equipment, and delivering high-quality services within higher education. I bring extensive experience in staff development, health and safety compliance, stakeholder engagement, and service improvement, alongside strong commercial and project management skills. I am highly organised, approachable and adaptable, with a mentoring leadership style that motivates teams through change and complex operational demands. I support the Education team across both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at the Brooks Building, with a particular focus on Music, Drama, Art and Sport. My role includes contributing to curriculum design and programme development, most recently through my work on creating and establishing the new BA Special and Inclusive Education degree. In addition, I lead the research and development of The Dome, a 360° immersive learning environment, where I drive innovation in experimental and inclusive teaching practice.
