• I was able to give out/dispatch 378 personal cheque books, 22 corporate cheque books and 660 savings withdrawal books to customer by reaching the customers through phone calls
• I was able to serve 30 Western Union, Moneygram and UnityLink customers
• I was able to do 23 truncation of cheques
• I was able to do effective calling over of vouchers for 5 months
• I was able to fill 200 account opening form for customers to be entered into the system. And assisted in filling of other forms for customers
• Bringing in 20 new customers
• Issued counter cheques and counter savings withdrawal slips
• I was able to sign up 12customers on the E-banking products
• Requested 400 cheque book and saving withdrawal booklets
