During my two years at McDonald's, I worked a variety of shifts and facilitated 24-hour operations through successful execution of night shift tasks. Some of roles I took on were preparing meals in a timely manner, to keep customers pleased. I constantly had to ensure hygiene in the workplace by keeping on top of the cleaning to make sure the restaurant was at a high standard. At times I would also have to carefully manage money and tills to maintain accurate monetary accounts.

My current role is a Sales Support executive in a telecommunications industry. This role is essentially to help and assists other departments within the business, with things such as validating their sales and managing sales operations. I have now been in this role for coming up to three years, meaning I am a highly skilled member of the team and have more responsibilities. For example, I manage a team of 6 members of staff including daily briefings, staff rotas and key performance monitoring. I also have the responsibility of supporting and training new employees by providing mentorship and coaching. I keep organisation within the team in compliance with regulations and internal requirements. This role also covers the static side of things, ensuring key stakeholders are provided with daily sales achievements and individual department performances. Another key part of my job is updating customer accounts with credits and incentives on a daily basis. It is also important to form and sustain relationships with customers, delivering a high level of service to customers in effort to keep them happy.
