  • An inclusion champion and champion the needs of the disabled and LD community that access SHS.

  • Act as the Clinical Lead for the service Outreach Team, working collaboratively with our GP Champion and Service Development coordinator to deliver Health Promotion sessions for service users, and partner agencies, and also other medical and health professionals.
