Coaching is something I am very passionate about having volunteered for the local cricket team on numerous occasions and upon receiving an ECB approved coaching badge qualification. This particular interest falls into many lines of work and has given an insight to how to deal with outlying problems.
During the work period at Eclipse I worked many different project, first being an entire refurbishment of a 1940s home, Wearing personal protective equipment throughout the job, including a face guarding, gloves and further protective eye gear, keeping in-line with safety regulations. These pieces of gear were mainly to protect myself whilst I
filed the role of paint stripping. I then would proceed to have to work within joinery second fix and further decorating, placing wall paper and painting. Other jobs I then took part in were either bathroom instillation's or the fixing of boilers. Client positive reviews were received with the work that was completed due to us providing efficient service, prompt communication and a friendly approach. Made sure to clean bathrooms after project completion, ensuring areas looked presentable, immaculate and within company standards.
The building of various outdoor facility's designed to last and provide a necessary service. This also led to landscaping and gardening work to facilitate the structures put in place in numerous residential gardens. Cut and manipulated timber to create and fit various first fittings including doors, floorboards and roof timbers (some of this work was in collaboration with Eclipse when remodelling a home). in a sense this work was that of volunteering but it has been integral to my skill set and work ethic.
Whilst working at The Rose and Crown my roles varied making sure to always provide friendly, courteous service, maximising positive customer satisfaction ratings. Being a waiter at a relatively busy business managing forty customers a shift meant i was required to make sure I served high volumes of guests in fast-paced service environments, delivering exceptional customer care throughout. Always maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, specials and service additions, providing myself and my place of work to the customers at its full potential. Being aware of what was in our food to safely discuss menu items and allergy concerns, communicating requests with kitchen teams to meet exact customer needs. Spending time making sure every piece of washed cutlery and other crockery used by customers was polished and wept clean off any water marks.
